Abstract Purpose/Goal : The article focuses on organization development process based functioning of change motors; therefore, the author accomplishing three objectives. first objective involves adding to four motors described by A. H. Van de Ven & M. S. Poole fifth one, actually balancing motor. second deals with devising a five motor model interaction during life cycle an organization. represents stages functioning, description their and combination different this functioning. third implies developing describing method analysis interaction.
